WOW!!!!

I have been an incredibly lucky girl this last month.

Firstly, Amy and Chris's wedding I shot in Shropshire last year featured in Wedding Ideas Magazine

   

Chris and Amy had a beautiful wedding and I was so chuffed to be part of it.


Next came Perfect Wedding Magazine and Rachel and Dan's super glam 1930s wedding being featured.....

 Then came Rachael and Ians amazeballs wedding on the FRONT cover of your Manchester Wedding magazine..

Their full wedding was featured inside, more pics to follow.

And last but by absolute no means least, the drop dead gorgeous Hannah and her handsome fella Lewiss featured on RocknRoll Bride.

Yes. I have been grinning like a cheshire cat this week :D

I also wasnted to say a MASSIVE thank you for all the support and kind words I have had. Honestly, it really does mean so much, so thank you to everyone who has stopped by the blog or facebook page or has emailed. 

I am stretching into peak busy period now, lots of lovely weddings and lots of meetings with lovely couples. My aim for the next few days though is to catch up with my emails and get some outstanding discs posted too.

So, Friday has rolled around at breakneck speed again this week, where the flipping hack does time go eh??!! I am sounding proper old now but it is true :) 

So what does Friday normally mean? Hell Yeah!! Wedding prep time whoop whoop! Batteries charged, cards cleared and bags packed. I'm off to Cardiff this evening for Hannah and Lewiss wedding tomorrow and to say I am looking forward to it is a weeny beeny bit of an understatement.

Under the vintage Veil feature and more sneak peeks......

Morning peeps!
Aaaaah, the sun is shining and all is looking good outside, I've been tied to the computer editing all week so I might just break ranks and have a cuppa in the garden this afternoon whoop. Oooh, I'm such a rebel aren't I?!! Ok, it might progress into a few beers in the local pub later but that is another story........

Just a quick little post today, I've very nearly finished editing Zoe and Neils beautiful wedding at Highbury Hall, so can't wait to share the results with you, here are just a couple more pics to whet your appetite....

A beautiful couple no??! Just wait till you see their little boy, he is GORGEOUS!! And one of the best behaved, smiley kids I've ever seen at a wedding!


Other news, if you haven't already had a nosey through Simon and Louise's totally blow your pants off Mad Hatters tea party wedding, grab a cuppa and head on over to Under The Vintage Veil. This is a gorgeous blog brimming with great advice, real weddings, inspiration and lots of pretty pictures. Sara was kind enough to feature this wedding I shot last year, I warn you though it might make you want to eat cake!! Simon and Louise themselves were such a totally fab couple, as soon as I met them I knew their wedding was going to be on hellova ride and I wanted in!

Wedding Magazine Feature

ok, ok, I know I have been a bit quiet of late.... have you seen the last post??! Well, I'm glad to report the renovation project is going well although is still a way off from being finished!! More about that another time though....

Yesterday I had a quick Sunday afternoon whizz round Tesco to get a few essentials and spotted the new issue of Wedding Magazine was out.

Well, in a nutshell I felt like a big kid at Christmas. The wedding of Emma and Scott which I shot in December has been featured in it this issue and I can not even begin to tell you how excited I am to have my work on their pages.

I haven't blogged Emma and Scotts wedding yet, and I really want to do a good job and talk about this feature too but for the time being it will have to be a tiny post with a few very snappy snaps as I couldn't wait to share my excitement!!

Ok, Wednesdays are not normally your most super exciting day of the week. Often called the *hump* day as you are now as close to the weekend as that dredded Monday morning blues.

Well, today has been a bit of a super cool Wednesday for me, as I have had my work featured on not one but two blogs, the first of which I'll share today and the second I'll bring you tomorrow :)

Yes, that was a smiley face I just typed. If you could see my real chubby cheeks right now they would pretty much be looking exactly the same.

Afternoon guys and gals! I hope you have all had a fab Christmas, eaten, drank (way too much) and been merry till your socks popped off!

I am starting the recovery of having hosted Christmas for my 10 family members. Ok, ok, so I forgot to buy sprouts and somehow we ended up with three (??) turkeys but it has been a brilliant week hanging out with the people who mean the absolute most to me. Love you crazy Jones clan. 

Toady I have switched back on the computer, opened up some photos to edit and started to just tie up a few ends before 2011 closes. 

I couldn't want to end my professional 2011 with a better way than to have one of my photos featured as Picture Of The Day on The Wedding Community Blog. Man, I had a serious smile when I popped my computer on to see this this morning. Plus is it a picture of the ever fantabulouse Ian and Rachael.

I can't WAIT to hit the ground running in 2012, so many exciting things lined up, a bit of a *to do* list of things I would love to achieve, but I'll be boring you all with that when I post in the new year. 

In the meantime, really hope everyone has a FANTASTIC new year, I can't say THANK YOU enough to everyone who has supported me this year (and beyond) I am a lucky girl indeed.
